• Delivery timelines for Installation of wallpapers or painting services is subject to work start date and volume of serviceable area

• In case of cancellation or changes in the service contract, NEO by Nippon Paint India reserves the right to collect 100% of estimate value if the work completed status is 50% or more. If it's less than 50% after deducting the apportioned amount, the balance if any will be refunded back to the customer

• In case of cancellation of service before material order is placed, 100 % refund is applicable.

• Refund will be credited to customer account within 14 -28 business working days.
